  Come join Ayesha D’Mello for an exclusive privately held Indian Culinary experience. Ayesha's  cooking classes and recipes reflect her philosophy to cook quick, easy, healthy and delicious Indian meals from scratch. Dishes vary between classes – most classes include 6 – 8 dishes. These classes are designed to get you started and beyond. All the recipes can be made with ingredients that are easily available. You will be provided with copies of the featured recipes that are easy to follow and you can easily replicate them in your own kitchen.

  All classes culminate with a tantalizing sit-down meal from Appetizer to Dessert.

Ayesha does it again! Her Indian breads class is a great hands-on experience with delicious results! This is my 4th class with Ayesha and I can’t recommend the experience enough. It is obvious how much thought and prep time Ayesha puts into her recipes and each class she teaches. And it shows in the results. I can actually make Indian food better than anything I can find in local restaurants. I tried ras malai in an Indian restaurant after having made it after one of Ayesha’s classes–and mine leaves the restaurant in the dust!
